We have the simplest and safest payment methods that are currently in the Albanian market

1. By courier - only for the city of Tirana, Within 24 hours. By post throughout the territory of Albania and Kosovo, for a period of three days from the moment of ordering. You will make the payment after the product has been delivered to you. This way we offer an assurance to the client. No need for a credit card or bank account and again take advantage of the variety of products and cheap prices we offer.

2. With PayPal - This way applies to everyone, wherever they are. All you have to do is register on the platform and it will give you the opportunity to pay immediately.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with the required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns & Refunds

You may return any new, unused, complete (with all original packaging, instructions, warranty booklets, certificates, accessories and, if applicable, with an undamaged seal), saleable and in original condition (as it was received by you) Products to us within 30 days of receipt, and we'll give you a refund. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. This does not affect your legal rights to change your mind or where the Products are faulty or misdescribed.

To return a Product in our shops, use the printed bill provided by the system or sent to your email address . You can print out the purchased bill via customer account. If you have any problems downloading the bill or if you do not have access to a printer, you may contact our customer service team using the details above to request a returns label. 

You have the legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. This right will expire after 14 days from the day on which you receive, or a third party (other than the carrier) receives, the Products. You do not have a right to change your mind in respect of any Product which has been personalised for you or specially manufactured for you or Products which have been supplied in sealed packages for hygiene reasons, such as earrings, where the seal has been broken.

To exercise your legal right to change your mind you must inform us via our contact details above, before the 14 day period expires. Please state that you wish to exercise your legal right to change your mind and include your full name, address and order number. You may also use the included cancellation form, but it is not compulsory.
